Here is the story of how Arm & Hammer PeroxiCare became my dentifrice of choice. I was comparing notes on my new toothpaste with my friend Jason. I had just bought some fancy Mentadent and was all excited because I'd never had any toothpaste that deluxe, not since my short-lived junior high romance with Cinnamon Pearl Drops. Although he admitted he liked Mentadent, he was recently divorced, and his former wife had used it, and it was just too sad sitting there on the sink in its distinctive double-barreled pump. So he started using a new toothpaste, and he was very enthusiastic about it. He's the one who turned me on to Dent-o-Tape and Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Soap in a bar, so I thought he might be on to something.

He invited me to sample his new toothpaste. I tried to act nonchalant, but boy! did it win me over! I bought some the next day and have been using it ever since.
