Herbed Goat Cheese

If you don't have fresh herbs, this is also delicious with just salt and pepper or salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.

Goat Cheese
Fresh Herbs, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt & fresh cracked pepper
Bread or crackers

Roll the cheese in the herbs, pour plenty of olive oil over the whole thing, salt & pepper, and serve with bread or crackers.
